Artists from Buffalo and Western New York are invited to exhibit one of their best paintings at the international exhibition ART METROPOLIS 2008 at the Museum of European Art in Clarence, New York.
The opening on Sunday, September 7, 2008 will take place on the occasion of the Opening & Dedication of the 'Sculpture Garden of Alexander the Great', in the presence of a number of artists from Europe and Canada.

1) Interested artists should bring (or e-mail) 3 of their best works to the Museum for selection. Only original works (oil, acrylic, watercolors, pastels or mixed media) will be considered.
2) Exhibition fee is $ 50, payable within 7 days of acceptance.
3) Artists and visitors will vote for the "Best Painting".
4) Top 3 artists will receive a "Certificate of Recognition--ART METROPOLIS 2008".
5) If the artwork is sold during the exhibition, the Museum gets 25% commission.
6) An article about the event, the top 3 artists and photos of their paintings will be placed on the website of the Museum of European Art.
7) Our website, www.meaus.com gets over 2 million visitors per year from all over the world. This will be good publicity for all the artists taking part in the exhibition.
