YOGA NIDRA is a special technique which one can apply to be able to, in a relatively short period of time, re-gather all inner energy flows, which will revitalize the body and the 'mind.' Applying Yoga-nidra on a regular basis will lead to less 'unconscious sleeping' while one can still reach maximum rest and concentration. It is a technique for those who wish to be effective and spiritual in a busy and dynamic surrounding. The difference between meditation and the yoga nidra will also be explained during the workshop.
